一、 結(jié)構(gòu)及操作

1. 剪切采用斜度剪切，兩個上刀固定在上刀座上，上刀座通過螺栓與機架鏈接，下刀安裝在移動托架上，下刀托架有油缸/氣缸上下運作。

2. 夾緊，定位安裝在機架上部。將兩個焊接帶材對正并夾緊。夾緊定位分成左、右兩部分，分別兩個靠腳踏開關(guān)控制氣缸/油缸動作。 

Tighten;The position should be on the frame.Make two strips to  keep the level and press;Tighten the position to make right and left parts;It can be controlled the air  cylinder by foot switch.

3.要對接的左、右兩塊帶材由夾緊裝置夾持銅板電極板中間，焊槍固定在移動滑塊上，由絲杠帶動往復(fù)運作。

 To butt joint of right and left two pieces of strip,  clamping the middle of copper electrode plates by clamping device ;The welding torch should be fixed on the moved slider,It can be drive by  screw shaft.

4.電機驅(qū)動有絲桿帶動，電機調(diào)節(jié)速度由顯示屏輸入伺服輸出頻率，調(diào)整焊槍速度。

The screw shaft drive by motor;  The motor can be adjusted speed by the inverter output frequency, then adjust the speed of welding torch.

5.左、右壓緊指示燈亮為壓緊，燈熄為放送。

The indicator is light for right and left ,it shows pressing tightly.on the contrary,it sends the materials.

6.左、右壓緊有腳踏開關(guān)控制，每踏一次，左、右壓緊裝置變動一次。

It can be controlled by foot switch for right and left tight;The device will be move for foot action.

7.剪切腳踏開關(guān)在中間，踏下時下刀向上剪切，松開時下刀返回。

The shear foot switch is in the middle;The up knife will cut down for pressing the switch;Then the up knife will be back for loosening the switch.

8. 調(diào)整方式；使焊槍在帶材邊緣1—2.5mm起弧，在帶材邊緣0.5—4mm息弧。

Adjust method:arc strike at edge 1-2.5mm;arc failure at edge 0.5-4mm.  

9. 電動按鈕，有焊槍向前、向后兩個觸點，可手動調(diào)整焊槍位置。

Motorized button:there are front and back buttons;it can be adjusted the welding torch position by hand.Position by the indicator.
