GE Intelligent Platform has designed an innovative PACSystems RXi controller platform based on its extensive experience in embedded computing and control technology. The RXi controller adopts cutting-edge CPU technology, market leading industrial Ethernet network technology, and a unique user interface, making it a unique control system in the industry.
The PACSystems RXi controller is based on PROFINET and provides device manufacturers and end users with a compact solution with highly flexible distributed I/O functionality. Its unique intelligent display module provides configuration and maintenance functions for the controller without the need for additional software. As a PACSystems controller, RXi is fully compatible with applications written for other PACsystems platforms. This has created high-performance solutions suitable for distributed IO applications.

The RXi controller is designed for high-performance distributed IO applications. Through high-performance dual core CPU, Gigabit PROFINET (built-in MRP redundancy), and Ethernet ports, every aspect of RXi is fully considered to improve performance.
In addition, the RXi controller can be used in conjunction with the RXi modular IPC, providing a unique control and computing platform suitable for the factory floor. The integrated high-speed connector allows for real-time data processing. By pairing the RXi modular IPC with the new RXi panel display using new multi touch technology, the ease of use for operators can be increased.
